Privacy Policy
This notice explains how personal data sent to us through this website is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. Data controller

2. What data we process
- Identity: your full name.
- Contact: your phone number (and e-mail, if you provided one).
- Booking details: dates, number of rooms and guests, room category and breakfast choice.
- Technical data: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, time of visit).
3. Why we process it
- to answer your booking request and tell you about availability and prices;
- to communicate with you about your stay;
- to keep the website and the booking form secure;
- to meet our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process your data under KVKK Article 5(2): where it is necessary to set up or perform a contract with you (c), to comply with legal obligations (ç), and for our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (f), for example, to protect the form against spam. Analytics cookies are used only with your explicit consent.
5. Who we share it with
You send your booking request to us yourself via WhatsApp: the website only prepares the message text in your browser and does not send it to its own server. WhatsApp messages are processed by Meta under its own privacy policy; its servers may be located outside Türkiye. If you contact us via Instagram or open Google Maps from this site, those services also process data under their own rules. We do not sell your data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed to answer your request and arrange your stay, and for the periods required by law. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)
You have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed;
- request information about the processing;
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly;
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred;
- ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected;
- ask for the data to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions of KVKK Article 7;
- ask for third parties who received the data to be notified of such corrections or deletions;
- object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis of your data;
- claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
Send your request in writing to the hotel address above. We will answer within 30 days at the latest, as a rule free of charge. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
9. Cookies and third-party content
The website itself works without cookies. Anything you start typing into the booking form is kept temporarily in this browser tab only (sessionStorage), so it isn't lost when you switch languages, and is deleted when you close the tab. Your choice in the cookie banner (if shown) is saved in your browser. Analytics (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics) is only loaded after you accept it. Google Maps opens only when you click on it.

We may update this notice. The current version is always published on this page.
